You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by CreatOK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

4. Third-party services & AI outputs

The Services may integrate third-party APIs or models. Outputs generated by AI systems may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and using outputs at your own risk. Third-party terms may apply to specific features.

5. Subscriptions, billing & trials

Paid plans, renewals, refunds, and taxes are governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase and our billing policies. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue a Service where permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
